Hungarian Roma have produced internationally celebrated musicians, painters and writers, and Roma culture is recognised in festivals, ensembles and cultural institutions. This visibility coexists with continuing work for social inclusion.
Public programmes and Roma-led organisations sustain and promote the culture.
